In a letter from President Harry Nespoli, the Uniformed Sanitationmen’s Association, Local 831, announced their endorsement of Joe Borelli in his re-election campaign for the New York City Council.
The Uniformed Sanitationmen’s Association, Local 831, represents more than 14,000 active and retired members of the New York City Department of Sanitation.
“I appreciate the support of President Nespoli and the Uniformed Sanitationmen’s Association, Local 831!” said Borelli. “These are the hard-working men and women who keep our streets clean and clear year-round, and they truly deserve the title of New York’s Strongest!”
